London Welsh Reunited is a 7-a-side Rugby Team made up of players past and and present from London Welsh Rugby Football
Club. The Team was founded in 2006 and is planning to enter the Aberystwyth Rugby 7s Tournament in May 2008.
The Team was set up by Charlie Miller a former representative of London Welsh at Youth and Academy level and
a current student at the University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
In 2008 London Welsh Reunited in their first appearance in the Aberystwyth
Rugby 7s came Runners up in the Plate to Legion A. London Welsh Reunited topped their group playing some excellent 7s rugby
with wins over Legion B, The Tiger Sharks, Aber Baa Baas and a draw against the Samba Bay Boys A. Defeat in the Cup quarter final against Turkish Delight meant a rematch against Samba Bay Boys A in the
Plate semi final in which Reunited triumphed. Reunited finished as runners up
as defeat to Legion A in the Plate final.

Aberystwyth Rugby 7s
The Aberystywth Rugby 7s is the biggest Amatuer 7-a-side tournament
in Wales and is one of the biggest sporting events in Mid Wales. It has grown bigger and better each year with this years
tournament boasting 48 mens teams and 12 womens teams.
The Mens section is divided into two tiers the Premier and the
Social competitions. It
is a Group stage (usually 5 teams per group, 7 in Mens Social) then a knock out stage for both. The Group stage section being
played on the Saturday and the Knock Out on the Sunday. The Tournament is run alongside the Womens 7s tournament. The each
team has a squad of no more than 12 players.
The
Last 3 years the tournament has been dominated by the University of Wales, Aberystwyth Rugby sides. With the exception of
this years tournament in which the specialist 7s side Carmarthen Warriors won the Cup.
